From the Breaking of the Dawn to the Setting of the Sun
Today's daily challenge from Sketch Club is "Sun -- draw a sun of any design or background." In addition, the latest Compo contest is "Pencil." We can only use the community pencil brushes from the Natural Media section of the community brush library. I combined the challenge and the compo. Using only the pencil settings, I created this triptych. The pencil settings actually lent themselves to a somewhat impressionist technique, which I very much enjoyed. This is a very different kind of piece for me. It's always good to stretch!
